Make your tan last
Moisturize your skin galore for your tan lasts long after the holidays. At least once a day, apply your face cream for your skin type and lotion everywhere else. Meanwhile, in the shower, avoid using soap (it dries the skin) for the benefit of a shower gel. Then do not stay locked, but take the air as often as possible. Stroll and take advantage of your lunch break to go out, it’s good for your shape!
Extend your summer feeding
The long hot days of summer are conducive to a diet rich in fruits and vegetables in season. But even after school starts, you can find fruits and vegetables colorful and interesting taste that will keep you in the form of vacation.
